PURCHASES


GENERAL FIREARM SALES

All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped per all existing federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Firearms will ONLY be shipped to licensed FFL dealers. Many of the firearms, magazines, and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer’s box, with magazine(s) if provided by the manufacturer, accessories, and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within the manufacturer warranty timeline in regards to purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

USED FIREARMS

The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. All sales on used items are final. Photos will be provided when available. All machine guns are considered used unless otherwise noted.

AMMUNITION PURCHASES

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle-caliber or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase pistol-caliber ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with an adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS


Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:

  1. Ammunition
  2. Special orders and products that are custom-configured to your specifications.
  3. Products sold “as is” or “used” or that have been installed or used after receipt.
  4. NFA or serialized items that require ATF Transfer after the start of paperwork, this includes, but is not limited to firearms and silencers.
  5. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics, and night vision equipment to include thermal scopes.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less a 10% restocking fee, based on your original payment method. The product must be returned within 10 business days of receiving it. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 10% restocking fee (totaling 25%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.

NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insurance or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

 

RANGE


All monthly recurring Range Passes require a 12-month contract. After completion of the 12-month contract, the Range Pass recurring fee is month-to-month and can be canceled at any time.

All shooters must complete a waiver to be maintained on file with Apocalypse Sports. No Exceptions.

Children must be at least 10 years old to shoot. A parent or legal guardian must accompany minors and will stay with them at all times.

  • Always treat all firearms as if they are loaded.
  • Keep all unholstered and/or uncased firearms pointed down range at the berm at all times.
  • Keep your finger off the trigger, and outside the trigger guard until you are ready to fire.
  • Be responsible at all times.
  • Never use alcohol or drugs before, or while shooting.
  • No food, drink, gum, or tobacco is permitted inside the range for any reason at any time. Wash your hands each time you leave the range.
  • If you observe an unsafe condition, report it to a range safety officer immediately.
  • Be sure all firearms are safe to operate.
  • Know and understand the operating mechanism and safety features of the firearms you intend to use.
  • Use only the correct and safe ammunition for your firearms.
  • No steel core, armor piercing, tracer, incendiary, bi-metal jacket, or shotgun buckshot and hunting loads will be allowed. Shotgun slugs are permitted. Your ammunition will be inspected by a range safety officer before using the range.
  • All patrons of the range will be held financially responsible for any damage or destruction they cause to range property, whether accidental, negligent, willful, or otherwise.
  • Eye and ear protection is mandatory before entering the range and must be worn at all times while on the range.
  • NEVER handle firearms behind the firing line. All firearms must be cased and uncased on the shooting table only.
  • All firearms that are not holstered MUST be cased and unloaded when being removed from your lane.
  • All firearms MUST be equipped with a sighting mechanism. Firearms without open sights that have an optic mounted are acceptable. Firearms without a sighting mechanism will not be allowed.
  • All AR-style firearms classified as pistols MUST have a brace, stabilizer, or stock attached to them and must be shouldered when firing. No free-hand or hip firing will be allowed.
  • Keep the action open, face up, and the firearm unloaded with magazines removed until ready to fire.
  • If you have more than one firearm, use only one at a time. When finished, properly case the unloaded firearms and their ammunition before uncasing the next one.
  • Fire from within the booth only. Guests that accompany a shooter MUST stay behind the shooting lane, behind the shooter, and will not occupy the shooting lane while the shooter is actively firing the firearm.
  • Use only the official target properly taped to the backer.
  • Upon the command CEASE FIREStop all shooting IMMEDIATELY and await commands from the range safety officer.
  • Shooters may only collect their brass behind the firing line. Collecting other shooters’ brass or brass forward of the firing line will not be tolerated.
  • It is strictly prohibited to draw from the holster or remove the counter at any time for any reason. Unless these acts are approved by a range safety officer.
  • Range pass holders who desire to shoot from the holster with handguns must be holster-qualified through a range safety officer.
  • Range pass holders who desire to shoot from different positions with long guns must be approved by a range safety officer.
  • Must provide government-issued ID (Passport, Driver’s License, Military ID, etc).
  • Proper clothing is required. No open-toe footwear, tank tops, or sleeveless shirts are allowed.
  • Failure to abide by all of these rules while on the range may result in you and/or your party being dismissed from the range, cancellation of range pass, and/or expulsion from the range.

ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures, or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order, we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will refund the money.

If an item’s description contains an error such as an incorrect price and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that the seller will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

CONSUMER DATA PRIVACY

WE WILL NOT SELL OR SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH A THIRD PARTY. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. The only event where your information will be shared is if we are required by law to share it for a legal matter.

The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unsolicited information. The entire Checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.

The Credit Card Billing Information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your credit card transaction. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by us, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. Each transaction has a very high level of security. Your credit card details are sent directly to the payment provider over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction, nor are they stored on our server.

SECURE TRANSMISSION

All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via the financial industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) featuring 128-bit encryption. A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate creates an encrypted link between a Web site and a visitor’s Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 1 – 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICIES

All Transferable Machine Guns are shipped for a flat fee of $95.00 via FedEx Ground to a licensed Class 3 Dealer of your choice. All other firearms and suppressors are shipped for a flat fee of $25.00. Your dealer will send us the proper paperwork for this first transfer, we prepare and fax the Form 3 transfer to BATF immediately, and then once the transfer clears BATF we ship the gun to your dealer. You’re in-state dealer then prepares Form 4 paperwork, which you will sign and also have signed by the Chief Law Enforcement Officer in your locale (Sheriff, Chief of Police, State Police Chief, etc. only need for one to sign). You return the completed Form 4 to the in-state dealer, along with (2) passport-size photos, (2) fingerprint cards, (1) citizenship authorization, and a transfer tax check made payable to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms for the onetime per item transfer tax. A $200.00 transfer tax applies to Short BBL Shotguns, Short BBL Rifles, Machine Guns, and Suppressors; a $5.00 transfer tax applies to items classified as Any Other Weapons – “AOW”. This paperwork is mailed to BATF and when this transfer clears you go pick up your gun. We email/contact our customers each step of the way, so you will know when your gun arrives in the state and the next transfer, from your dealer to you, can begin.

 

TRANSFERS


Standard Transfers: We charge a fee of $25.00 for receiving and for the background check for standard ATF non-NFA transfers. There is an additional $5.00 fee for multiple items.

NFA Transfers: (National Firearms Act) All NFA transfers will be charged a $100 fee for any Machine Gun, Suppressor/Silencer, AOW (Any Other Weapon), Destructive Device, and/or Short Barreled Rifle.

Our Committment: Once we receive the transfer, please allow us at least one business day for us to receive the firearm into our inventory system from the time it was delivered. We understand that you will receive a delivery notification from the parcel company. However, it does not mean your firearm is ready for pickup at that moment. We will make every effort possible to get the firearm to you as soon as possible. Once the firearm is ready for transfer we will call you to let you know it is ready for pickup.
